I called to see if the store had a particular product before I made a trip. A guy answered the phone and was extremely hateful and rude. Yelling at me and talking to me like I was stupid because he didnt get a response from me when he asked what I needed. Mind you my phone had hit a dead spot and lost service for a minute. He was aggressive and hostile and for no reason should you speak to customers like that. I called the Paducah store and they contacted the owner.
