My colleagues and myself have used The Boombox Party Bus several times & have always had a great time. They were very professional and extremely accommodating, the sound system was fantastic! We are excited about our upcoming event!!
Horrible customer service. Used for a bachelorette party no air condition. Was told they would have it fixed or would provide fans and ice. Nothing was provided but attitude. The front passenger seat was a bean bag chair. They kept the curtain closed so no air circulate to the back of the bus. In this current state of our nation, why would anyone treat their customers so poorly. Demanded a tip of 30% for terrible service and lied stating that was in the contract. Fantastic company! Got us through heavy Ocean City traffic and delivered us to Secrets. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend!!!
