Worst customer service someone can provide. Getting my taxes done with Barry was no problem, but early March I had a question on my tax return. So i called and talked to the front desk person and told them my situation, he said he would give the message to Barry. I waited a week and no response, so i told my situation with a different front desk person, waited a week and still no response.
