DO NOT LIVE HERE. We moved to this apartment in October and it’s been a huge mistake. There is water damage that breeds mold all over our ceiling. Our neighbors are loud and disrespectful and the staff is no help. When we first moved here, a maintenance staff member walked into our unit uninvited while I was sleeping alone, not fully dressed. He walked into my bedroom and stood on my side of the bed for several minutes before leaving. When I approached the office about it, they did nothing but give him a warning. I have had ... read more

We looked at this place in January 2025, knowing we were going to put our home on the market to sale. We found the place to be clean and the staff at that time professional. We could not make a commitment until our house sold. We also looked at many other complexes and kept comparing everything to Bonavia. Our home sold in April, we committed to Bonavia at that time (which was also under new management). Irving showed us a different layout than the one we saw earlier. We liked it even better.
