Wonderous community, they do bbqs, and events, their kitchen staff and servers are awesome!
The property is excellent, very nice, smells very clean. The staff are exceptional and the Sales Director is knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I couldn't say enough about this community. My mother would be very happy! Top choice!

I don’t live at Orchard YET! I’ve been telling everyone that I’m moving in someday . Love that they allow pets , my first priority. I have attended many of their parties and events in the last few years. The Christmas Boutique and now I’m with Oxnard Local Artists and plan craft markets each month with Mindy . The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It is nice to get to know residents and become friends. Residents are friendly and relaxed . Looking forward to future events this year
