From the moment we took our Father to stay in the Boltons care home the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and caring. We have had excellent communication from them regarding any medical concerns or adjustments to accommodation to aid my Father. We have found them to be more like a family home than a clinical establishment, but that didn’t impact on the level of care being received. Sareena aka the manager wins the most rude person award. Bad phone mannerisms, very rude, taking out anger over the phone to us after being told to call her back constantly. Overall disgusting attitude from her. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place let alone have any of my loved ones spend even one night there. 0/5. Avoid!

The Boltons gave my 95 year old dad the most fantastic care during his 20 month stay until his death last month in the home. The staff were friendly, kind and considerate. They supported me with the utmost kindness that I shall never forget. I could not have wished my dad to have been anywhere else. Thank you all so very much xx

Its an amazing place for the elders people and nice staffs to look after your needs and requirements.
