I booked an appointment with Amber to relieve tension in my back and shoulders. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud, light footed and totally relaxed. She is a skilled masseuse with a nice touch, and good energy. I am definitely going to book another session before I leave Chatham.
I booked my first massage appointment with her on May 22, 2025, but 30 minutes before, I received a message that it was canceled due to a family emergency. I gave her another chance and booked again for June 7, 2025, but she had another emergency and rescheduled my appointment for today at 12:45 PM. Unprofessional. I booked an appointment and I was postponed a few days. Then the day of the new appointment I arrive and sit outside for 10 or so minutes. I then call her and she said that she emailed me rescheduling for a different date. I asked her to cancel the appointment all together.
Worst place ever to book massage for, she cancelled my appointment 10mints before the appointment and made excuses that she didn’t see my booking but I booked my massage at 9am and I was sent with the email confirmation for booking at 1:30pm. Will not recommend this place at all.
Amber is not only amazing at what she does, but she is an amazing woman to be around. Her prices are affordable for people which is amazing if you don’t have insurance. She keeps her area clean and she knows what she’s doing. I have NEVER left her feeling unsatisfied. I highly recommend her and do not fault her for the clients she has with poor time management.
