I hired this attorney in March, 2025 and it’s been nothing but a massive rigamarole trying to get this attorney to return phone calls, emails or text messages. For my $3,000 dollar retainer - it is a struggle to get a response from him within 2 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Additionally, Mr. Boerst’s website promote’s and advertising his specialization in Criminal Defense, when in all actuality, his case load consists of 50% Personal Injury, 40% Car accidents and only TEN PERCENT criminal defense.
