Had an amazing sports massage with Katie today which has massively improved some lower back pain I was having. The space is relaxing and Katie is very knowledgeable and skillful.
Fantastic experience. Did a couple's massage workshop and learned a lot, really well tailored and achievable techniques. Cat was a true professional and a great teacher. Would recommend.
The entire experience, from consultation to treatment was very special. A little oasis of relaxation, everything on entering the treatment room was soothing, and I immediately felt at ease as Cat was clearly at a highly qualified, professional level that enabled me to be able to trust this new process. The best massage and overall experience i’ve ever had. the massage itself was incredible and Cat is so friendly and absolutely understood what my body needed. highly recommend incredible experience i will be back :)
