I had issues with my knees and feet leading up to my half marathon, so I booked an appointment with Lauren. She was fantastic, providing me with in depth analysis of how I could improve my running style which helped me when completing my run. It was very casual and relaxing when doing the GAIT analysis and Lauren was very easy to chat too. Would highly recommend!
