Ana is a very knowledgable and a lovely person. She has made a huge difference to my lower back and shoulder pain. She is obviously very passionate about her work and gives very good advice for further improvement between sessions. She is by far the best therapist i have been to.

I would highly recommend a treatment with Ana, she has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the bodies mechanisms, aiding a session that really feels like it’s hitting all the points. I went to see her with very tight shoulders and after she’d worked her magic, I have increased mobility and a great deal less stiffness. I’ll certainly be going back 😊

I can’t thank Ana enough for the incredible care she gave my 87-year-old Mum during her lymphatic drainage massage for her edema in her legs. From the moment Ana arrived, she treated Mum with such warmth and gentleness. She took the time to listen to Mum’s needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure she felt safe and relaxed throughout the session. Absolutely amazing! I had a lovely back neck & shoulder massage followed by a drainage massage! I haven’t felt that relaxed in a very long time! I travelled over an hour for this appointment and will definitely be doing so again! Totally worth it! Thanks again
