I have metal rods in my back and needed someone with experience. Sally was great.
Tried heaps of remedial, physio practices. Having arthritis and fibromyalgia with bursitis is agonising. I feel human after having treatment with Sally.

Great people, great experience first ever ice plunge. I believe the breath work session with Leigh and Alan helped over come doubt and fears of the 2 minute ice pool:) Thanks Sally and Rob
Sally has been my pain specialist since I had a car accident in 2014 and experienced debilitating pain. She's my go to whenever there's an injury and in recent years I've attended several of her Day Retreats - from Ice Baths to smothering ourselves in mud to incredible breathwork. Sally is always there with a hug or to share a laugh with. 5 Stars and then some!!
