I had a wonderful massage with Jami! She took the time before the massage to talk to me about what type of massage I was looking for and to listen to any problem areas I may have. After hearing I was looking for a relaxing massage that still eased knots I had in my shoulders and neck, she absolutely DELIVERED! I just had a fabulous massage by Jami Banks, the new Licensed Massage Therapist at The Body Mechanic Massage & Bodywork. I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. She has a wonderful touch and is willing to adjust pressure to the level you need. I would highly recommend her!!
