I couldn’t do cat/cow in yoga. My back had hurt for months. PJ gave me stretches/ practical advice and validation that helped me heal. She is so strong too. She helped me with foot pain from a backpacking trip and I will be forever grateful.
Pj is an incredibly talented, multi disciplinary physical therapist. She truly listens to her clients and is deeply invested in her work. Anyone would be lucky to be her client!
After just one appointment with PJ, I was able to take a full breath for the first time in years. I had so many questions and was (quite frankly) overwhelmed with where to start after a couple of car accidents that left my body feeling beat up and never fully recovered. PJ has such a fluid way of listening to the body and figuring out exactly where to start and what needs support. I am so thankful to have found her and can't wait to go back!
Simply put, Sierra Rocks! I've been dealing with back, hip and knee pain for years. It eventually became unbearable. I feel so fortunate to have found the Body Mechanic as I am 70 and was about to quit golfing for good due to back problems caused by knee replacement surgery-Due to the work done by PJ I am almost pain free playing golf for the first time in 10 years -In addition PJ is so positive and knowledgeable in her trade and rightfully so as the results speak for themselves-Thanks PJ I am so fortunate to have found you!!!!
