Pj is an incredibly talented, multi disciplinary physical therapist. She truly listens to her clients and is deeply invested in her work. Anyone would be lucky to be her client!
After just one appointment with PJ, I was able to take a full breath for the first time in years. I had so many questions and was (quite frankly) overwhelmed with where to start after a couple of car accidents that left my body feeling beat up and never fully recovered. PJ has such a fluid way of listening to the body and figuring out exactly where to start and what needs support. I am so thankful to have found her and can't wait to go back!
Simply put, Sierra Rocks! I've been dealing with back, hip and knee pain for years. It eventually became unbearable. I saw PJ for pain in my knees. Prior to working with her, I had been to another physical therapist and tried several other treatments for my knees with little success. PJ's approach of looking at the body as a structural system rather than just focusing on my knees made all the difference. I've had substantial pain relief and increased strength. I would highly recommend seeing PJ for any structural, pain or mobility issue you have.
