As a 77 year old ex rugby and military bod, I needed significant re-alignment of total body and particularly head/ cranial and feet. I learnt from Riccardo that opposite ends of the body have the major impact on one another. Many adjustments - feet, knees, hips and cranial have restored mobility and cranial has improved eyesight and hearing. My first session with Riccardo was profound in its simplicity and directness. I am in recovery from a severe ankle sprain which has highlighted particularly acute points of disconnection in my body, rather than being slammed by trying to tackle too much all at once, I have come away from our session with clear and precise movements which alone reorient me spatially in immediately felt ways. I did the induction package with my first pregnancy and would happily recommend it to others. Riccardo made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing and was able to accommodate as many sessions as I needed. I found the sessions so relaxing and always looked forward to them. I did one of Riccardo's courses as a massage therapist about a year ago and was amazed by what I saw - a comprehensive system to retrain the body from top to bottom so that it can move and function properly again. It was clearly a work of love and genius and this inspired me to approach my own problems in a new way.
