1st session with Riccardo was a revelation....his explanation of where my pain and discomfort was coming from and why made so much sense. The follow-up email with video examples of exercises is also helpful. Feeling hopeful for the first time in ages of being pain free!
Riccardo is very patient and thorough. Diagnosed my Achilles and calf issues that have been going on for years. Felt immediate relief after the first session and now doing the recommended exercises at home.

Went to see Riccardo for labour induction, I was overdue, tired of Brackston-Hicks. 1hour treatment at 8AM and the baby was out at 8PM with smooth delivery. Riccardo does wonders.
I attended The Body Lab for severe sciatic nerve pain that left me unable to walk or function properly, and Riccardo has been the only person that has been able to get me back to a position where I can begin to walk and get my life back to normal!
