Highly recommend Riccardo at The Body Lab - had my first appointment recently. He took the time to get to know my concerns, aches and issues - then explained in a way that I felt better educated and equipped to continue restoring my posture. I didn't feel rushed and the space was comfortable. Overall a really positive experience.
I met with Riccardo after a serious injury from many years ago that still gives me issues. Riccardo has an extremely sound knowledge base of the body and biometrics. He was a pleasure to be treated by and learn from.
Had been to a number of professionals about hip and back pain. None able to resolve my issue. Riccardo took a more holistic approach and identified what he thought was my fundamental issue. After the first session I was walking without pain for the first time in ages. Now that did not last but he gave me a glimpse of what could be achieved. 1st session with Riccardo was a revelation....his explanation of where my pain and discomfort was coming from and why made so much sense. The follow-up email with video examples of exercises is also helpful. Feeling hopeful for the first time in ages of being pain free!
