This company has the same owner as Nautical Mile. Our experience was extremely disappointing. My family brought in a boat with good compression. They kept it for nearly two months with little communication. When we finally got it back, they tried to charge us $4,400 after tearing the motor apart and returning it to us in pieces. Had an issue with some new lithium batteries I had purchased, (not purchased from TBC) Danny didn’t hesitate to take care of me. 15 minutes later I had my battery woken up and on my way. It’s tough to beat the service over here at The Boat Center. They are awesome.
