Bought my snowboard and longboard last year, good staff and really good place to shop for skateboards, also bought another longboard this year cause they were on sale 😁
I ordered a pair of snowboard bindings from the boarding house online store, I only receive just one?! . When I called, the owner Scott didn’t apologize at all. Instead, he said it was a “display floor model” and they had forgotten the other piece on the shelf—something that was never mentioned online. No apology, no compensation, nothing. He spoke in a rude, aggressive tone and basically told me, “If you don’t like it, just return it.” I’ve never seen a store make such a mistake and then act so unapologetic. I hope they don't close, good place to buy skateboard and stuff here in medicine hat just the old guy is a lil bit intimidating and doesn't smile much but overall is good.
