Amazing service!! Lachie is a dead set legend and potentially an undercover wizard. I've had heel lift in my boots my entire life, I just thought it something I've had to live with because no boot seems to fix it. Lachie diagnosed the problem immediately, and patiently altered the liner of my boots to completely fix the problem. Served by Georgia and Tim, both extremely knowledgeable and friendly, made it super easy to grab bindings, goggles and boots. Good operation
I went in a couple times for boot fitting and heat moulding. The tall new guy with long brown hair up to his neck was so patient and helpful. 10/10 service. What a great guy. Toby, who I think is the manager, was pretty blunt and uninterested in helping both times I interacted with him at the store. He was much more enthusiastic and personable with the groups of white people who came in while I was at the store. Not happy with that.
