The Bluffs is a very clean and nicely decorated facility. For the most part the care is okay. The activities are wonderful. The administration has a lot to be desired. In my opinion there needs to be a clean sweep at the front office and start over with modern ideas and put into play someone that really cares about the care their residents receive and less concern about how they can improve the bonuses that they receive.
