I love how professional and organized The Blooms at West Dixon is. The atmosphere is calm, the décor is beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to assist with anything you need. It gives off a very safe, positive, and caring vibe from the moment you walk in.

I have worked here for about 10 years and I have been through several owners, administrators and dons. I have worked with many nurses and cnas. While this is an old building, the staff is great. We treat our residents like family. You will have good and bad everywhere. We have dedicated employees that go above and beyond.

The staff at West Dixon is amazing. The morning crew is friendly. I walked through the door, everyone greeted me with a good morning and a friendly smile before I even made it to the front nurse station. They moved fast when asking for a nurse and the DON. Even the administrator Steve stepped out his office and spoke. I definitely recommend this place when it comes to taking care of our elderly love ones.
