The Blinds Gallery are very good at taking your money but their after sales service is appalling. Well actually they refuse to respond to any of my communication! I have had 4 different jobs completed with them and could not get a solution on a faulty blind. On the last occasion their consultant actually admitted that it should never have been installed that way hence causing the issues of the blind rolling back and dropping.
