I have purchased numerous internal and external shutters as well as vertical blinds. I can not fault the service, quality of product, installation and the way I am kept informed. The ladies in the office are bright , happy , friendly and very helpful. For my installations I have had Duncan and Neil - they treat every installation as if it were their own home and their attention to detail is without question. The blinds are good quality and the person who fitted them was great. However, they did take quite a while to arrive. Not cheap and we were surprised we had to remove the existing blinds ourselves given the high cost. Also, we didn’t like having to pay for everything up front before the blinds were fitted. We paid half as a deposit and it would be a better customer focussed policy to pay the remaining amount after satisfactory fitting.
Blind Gallery in Cockburn were such a professional outfit. From going into the store wanting outdoor blinds, Cheryl showed us all our options and made it so easy for us. Her service was so good we decided on indoor blinds as well. The installers came to do a final measure and went thru all our options, giving us their honest opinion and explaining every step of the way. Only disappointment was the company promised to have them installed before Christmas if I secured my deposit by a certain date. The installation didn’t happen until 9 February. Love how they look and the quality is very good.
From the initial sales enquiry to the quoting and then the installation of our new plantation shutters it was a great experience. The workmanship of the gentleman that came and installed was excellent.
