Placed an order for blackout curtains with a material colour only to get told it was no longer in production a few weeks later. Had to go down to the warehouse to choose another colour on a weekend. Then they lost the selection we made, blaming some staff member we never spoke to. Finally got an install date but then they stuffed up the address so it went from morning 9-10am install to 1-2pm.
