This guy is not responsive to his customers. I ordered blinds from him last year and they have been problematic, they don't line up properly or close properly. They are supposed to be black out but since they don't line up sun comes in all day. He kept promising to come fix them and now he doesn't even respond to my texts and phone calls. Buyer beware. If they don't work, he will ignore you.
This company is amazing. Their product and service is perfect but especially Tomas who is a great guy and very professional. I’d 100% recommend them to my family and friends!
I hired this company to install motorized shades, two days later they all stopped working at the same time, I couldn’t get them to go up or down, after we requested a troubleshooting, they showed up two weeks later, which give sometime to do a background check on the company , I learned that they don't hold a state electrical license to perform any electrical work , they charged me $350,00 per motor (total of 3), and they never worked. than they wanted me to pay an extra $600 to switch the blinds from motorized to manually o... read more
