Worst company ever. They took the money and didn't install my missing blinds and now their customer representative is saying we'll charge for missing blinds. I mean this is ridiculous. Please people don't install blinds from this company. This company is actually fraud and don't know how to run business.
They dont deserve any stars, so bad communication, I got my motorized blind, within 6 months the motor stopped working, I called them since la 2 months and asking them to come and fix it but it's still not done yet, motorized blinds are expensive they don't say anything about refund money or fix the blind, so bad so bad, please be aware of this company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm very certain that all of the rave reviews are either employees of the company, or family members of the employees, because there is no chance in hell anyone has anything good to say about them. I wrote a very long detailed letter to Better Business Bureau about these guys, but they never responded to BBB about it, and my problem STILL has yet to be resolved for YEARS now. Same issues as everyone else! Complete fraudulent company. I believe they create different names so BEWARE! They will take your deposit quickly and then won’t answer the phone after promising follow ups that don’t happen. I saw their signs in the Kitchener area and have also posted on community boards and forums hoping to get the word out about this scam. I contacted my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau 2 days ago as well. They should all be arrested.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Installers failed to make enough space for the window locks to open in 2 rooms, so we can’t open the windows. I’ve been told numerous times someone will come to repair them. No one ever shows. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
