From beginning to end, the process was wonderful. Santiago installed our blinds and he was so nice, helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend their services.
The Blind Broker did a great job for us! We ordered solar shades for most of the windows of our home and couldn’t be happier with the installation. After buying new windows I was hesitant to spend the extra money on blinds from the BlindBroker but I haven’t regretted it a day since. John was recommended to me by Stumpff Homeworks. I am fairly indecisive and John was patient, explaining which blinds would work best in my space multiple times without frustration. The Blind Broker made buying blinds very easy. From calling to set up a consultation to installation of our blinds, the process was very quick. They came to our house, showed us our options and measured all the windows. Once the blinds got here, Errick did a great job installing them. He noticed we had a couple of broken slats, so he put in an order for new blinds. Once they arrived, he came back and installed them. I would highly recommend using the Blind Broker.
Bree was wonderful to work with! She was knowledgeable about product and design, and very helpful. We had a small issue after installation and Brian came straight away to take care of it. I highly recommend The Blind Broker!
