A huge shoutout and thank you to Errick and John at The Blind Broker. After having roller shades installed on a wall of windows in my downtown loft, the two 24V motors died simultaneously after just 5 years. Errick came out, diagnosed the problem and together he and John made sure I received two new 24V motors at no charge (other than a small installation fee), which was a HUGE savings! Can’t say enough positive things about The Blind Broker!!! Jack was our consultant and went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of through the entire process and the install team gave our house white glove treatment and made sure our plantation shutters were flawless. Highly recommend them! Love our shutters!
Mixed thoughts. My installer, Eric, was great. He was on top of everything right away. One blind wasn't ordered at all and two were measured wrong. I must wait two more weeks for replacement which puts it into February. I mainly wanted blinds for the cold weather. Not going as I had hoped. On the other hand, the blinds look great . My house seems so much calmer than before. Overall, a good investment.
