I noticed the last review about this company from six months ago described the same problems we’ve had. We had our window blind installed just over a year ago, and we’ve had ongoing issues ever since. Every time something went wrong, it was a struggle to get A.J. to respond or come out for repairs. Communication was frustrating, and now, with the latest issue, he’s completely refusing to take our calls or reply to messages. Beware of this company. We hired AJ Jomha to do window coverings of our new home. The blinds themselves are fine, but when retracted, a few of them are crooked and 2 fell down damaging window trim. He has avoided our calls and never did come correct the crooked blinds. We are also missing remote battery chargers that we never received in the first place. He is avoiding our calls, texts and emails again. We have a 5-year warranty on the blinds. Horrible customer service.

We got our blinds installed by AJ and his team 5 years ago. We have had no issues with them, we’re super happy with their service and even referred many of our friends to them …..until recently. We needed one of our bedroom window blinds replaced. After multiple attempts to try and get AJ over to take measurements, it failed.
