Needed parts and they provided them at good value too
I am very happy with the install fit etc of my zip track blinds. There was an issue with a flashing added after install but that was rectified by installer promptly. All staff were always pleasant and helpful.
The nightmare is over,after waiting over 6 months for installation, we are still not happy but got tired of the incompetence of everyone at the company. We accepted quote,paid deposit on same day and were told blinds would be installed within 3 weeks.Installation was done but the workmanship was appalling,blinds crooked,screws stuck at a very dangerous level( can put photos up for proof). Then sending numerous emails and phone calls of complaint ,and many months later,a second person came and decided he would do the job agai... read more

I'm very happy with the blinds, screen doors and awnings. They look great, have got so many compliments. Excellent customer service from the whole team. I will definitely recommend the blind man 10 stars .
