Quality not bad..however they have an answer for everything, especially when they are at fault. They never take responsibility for their mistakes or apologise,.however they are quick to take our money. Guy who measured up, we found frustrating. We thought he was ignoring us or deaf. The Blind Man were just fantastic in all aspects. Very friendly and polite, quick to attend for the measure and quote, and the blinds were prepared and ready less than a week from paying deposit. Both the measurer and installer have been with the business for many years. After receiving three quotes, two being from other 'chains' - it was a no brainer for us. Needed parts and they provided them at good value too
I am very happy with the install fit etc of my zip track blinds. There was an issue with a flashing added after install but that was rectified by installer promptly. All staff were always pleasant and helpful.
