We had an excellent experience with The Blind Doctor. We were quoted $1600!!! for another company to fix our blinds. Total cost for repairs was $147!!! with these guys.They are perfect! We have Hunter Douglas blinds, so we wanted to have them fixed rather than replaced. The clutches simply wore out, they are 11 years old and are used frequently. I’d highly recommend this company. .
Very good work and quick turnaround on fixing my Hunter Douglas shades. The blinds work great and the price was much, much cheaper than going through the vendor I bought the blinds from. The only small issue I noted was corrected immediately. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I went in with my old blind and wanted it repaired or replaced. Front end staff was little to no help. A guy walks out of the back and starts saying my blind is illegal because it had strings.. ok I knew that but as I said I wanted repaired OR replaced. So he then proceeded to tell me I can’t get 1” blinds. That’s fine.. I was prepared to buy new as stated. He then proceeded to give me more negative information that wasn’t requested. (CHARGE YOU LOADS FOR PARTS YOU DONT NEED AND THEY HAVEN'T ACTUALLY CHANGED THEM. LYING OWNER ANS BUSINESS). Attended this business to drop of a 23" top down bottom up blind to have it re-stringed because the cat chewed 2 strings. Upon dropping it off the first thing the ladies at the front said without looking at it is the clutches will probably have to be replaced at $50 each plus the strings.
