Max was on time and did a great job fixing my blinds. Very happy with the experience and would use them again.
Not really helpful. Disappointing experience
I had the pleasure and the honor to meet the good Blind Doctor to re-string a couple of cellular blinds in humble abode. They quoted 7-to-10 days, however I was pleasantly surprise when they called me in five. I went their to pick them up BUT one of the string were separated from its moorings. I talked with the shop manager, he was amazing, and he told me that they will happily fix it under warranty. I 💕 the Blind Doctor AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!
Good service, I went there twice.
