I had solar blinds installed by another business in Sydney. When one of the batteries went completely flat and no charger had been provided, the original installers were of little help. I contacted The Blind Crew, who immediately identified the correct charger and had it delivered overnight. I only wish they were based in Sydney.
Best service I've had in years. Ordered roller blind motors for DIY install, which arrived within 24 hours. Struggled to install myself, and Brad made a 1hr+ drive next day to install them, and spent 2hrs with me. Couldn't recommend highly enough, and wouldn't go anywhere else for blinds!
Purchased an Alpha ALDC 16.8V Charger. Communication was prompt, Brad sent the item straight off and received it the next day, after payment. Thank you!
