Legend Great communication and service
I ordered an Alpha Neo Link Box because their website explicitly advertises 'Next-Day Express Post Australia-Wide.' This is completely false. After taking my payment, the item hasn't shipped, and I’ve been given nothing but vague excuses. It seems they don’t actually hold the stock they claim to have. If you are a DIY buyer expecting the fast delivery promised on their site, look elsewhere. I am now stuck chasing a refund for an order that should have arrived days ago. Avoid this store for online parts.
