Brad was so helpful and had great communication Highly recommend
The Blind Crew installed our automated blinds a couple of years ago, but we recently had a problem with one of the motors (a reputable brand) . The business owner, Brad, personally came and assessed, had the unit professionally tested and refitted the unit. Although we are a long way from his actual manufacturing premises, his support and assurances maintain his brand quality. We also maintain our recommendation with his 5 star service.
Brad went above and beyond in providing an exceptional service. His commitment to producing a result that I am happy with was outstanding and his suggestions for my roller Blinds were perfect for the space. A genuinely good human to deal with

I came in with a small issue with one of my blinds, and not only did he take the time to help me out, but he also fixed it on the spot—completely free of charge.
