Hayden always was available to speak with, articulated each step of the case with ease, and always made sure I was aware of my options and potential outcomes. When I expressed to him my concerns with cost, he graciously took on pro bono work. 5/5.
Told me I was putting words in his mouth and wouldn't answer any questions nor allow me to speak with an attorney. His name was Sergio. I sent him 20 pages of case information to review and it was clear he didn't read one page. When I asked how much was the retainer, it was a run-around. Why doesn't the attorney reach out himself instead of using someone who doesn't have great communication skills and doesn't seek to clarify any information he has provided via email.
