The attention to detail has been greatly appreciated. The onboarding of my loved one was graciously and attentively orchestrated by the staff as well as the residents. The staff always shows respect and care, even when they are busy, they take the time to say hello. The activities are engaging and my loved one enjoys the social time during the activities. Recently my sister moved Into The Blake. Her admission came after an injury which led our family to begin looking at assisted living facilities for her. We visited at least 8 to 10 facilities. The moment we walked into The Blake the atmosphere was so different and immediately our thought was this was a place where she could thrive. The Blake is a beautiful establishment, but the true beauty is reflected by the kindness and friendly demeanor of the folks inside! Darrian and the staff are an absolute pleasure to work with. You really get a sense that this is a team who cares about the best interest of its community. I’d recommend The Blake to any and everyone!
My mother was in another facility but I need to move her. I met with the staff at the Blake and toured the facility. I was very impressed with the people and building. Also, I was especially impressed with the time the staff took with me to answer all my questions and explain everything. Unfortunately it was determined my mother needed a Skilled Nursing facility which the Blake doesn't offer. However, I highly recommend the Blake based on what I saw and the quality of people that work there.
