The place looks great, but unless residents are self-sufficient, they don't get enough care here. It's understaffed, disorganized and more worried about profits than care of their residents. Making sure that residents are properly receiving their meds is a problem. Night and day and weekend staff all have disconnects with one another, so the individual needs of the residents are given short shrift . My parents had lived there over a year and we have moved out. There is not enough space to write what all is wrong with this community. My heart breaks for the residents that do not receive the care promised. Whatever the website states or whatever they tell you, DO NOT believe it. When my father was actively passing, their Director on the MC administered his meds incorrectly and didn’t follow protocol for a passing resident. .
