We went to our appointment at the Black Tux which is actually just a dressing stall at the back of a coed dressing room. It was jammed packed with people and very awkward. The shirt they gave him to try on was yellowed and dirty with body odor. The pants they gave him were completely broken on the side buckles so he wasn’t able to see if they fit properly. I had a great experience with The Black Tux at Nordstrom Roseville Galleria. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, which is especially important when planning a wedding. I have been in a handful of weddings and the most recent one used this company. Out of all the rental experiences, this had to be the worst by far. First, it is a small table in the men's clothing area with little designation. Second, it seems to be run by one person who cancelled my first appointment, last minute, and was 5 minutes late to the next one.
