If you've recently made an appointment, make sure you have a backup plan. This place will cancel your appointment the day of, after waiting weeks for the day, and they'll tell you to go online and make another appointment. What are you supposed to do, with a big event coming up, when you've already waited 3 weeks for the appointment? If you need a rental, look elsewhere...
