Awful. The day of fitting, I requested all my sizes (shoe size, shirt size, pant size) for the woman to bring me a size smaller in everything. Just so much wasted time in that. Finally got to try on a tux in my size. The jacket I tried versus what I got in the mail, completely different. The shoes were completely shot. I understand I’m renting but it blows my mind that those shoes were still in their inventory to rent. I ended up renting it for nothing, never used it for my wedding. Ended up buying my own tux.
