The Black Tux is a 2000s concept of a company that carries limited inventory, underpaid staff, website based and ships expensive, time sensitive items that would arrive 14 days before a formal event (that is unless there are shipping issues, so it could be delayed considerably) for rentals. For the money of purchasing a tux, I would rather support a smaller store that carries all of their stock in store and is able to measure me without having to try different sizes and guess on fitment.
I made an appointment for my fiancé to find a tux to wear to our wedding but we just ended up being super disappointed. The selection of items is super limited. He couldn’t even try on the suits in the colors we wanted so he only tried on the black suits. They only carry full sizes in shoes. Also, they mentioned that if we rent a suit it would arrive only 10 days before the wedding and that just makes me nervous.

Terrible. Go somewhere else. We ordered suits for a wedding event. They promised delivery 2 weeks prior to the event which was critical because the event was out of town. They didn’t ever ship the clothing, no email, we had to follow up and they said they don’t have the correct sizing. We don’t have time to find anything else but can’t get the correct sizing from Black Tux. Do not order from black tux you will not receive your order and they will not communicate anything to you tell them last minute. They are just barely telling people that their wedding or event are 3 days away that there stuff is not coming 3 days is next to impossible to try to find something on time. Stay away from black tux go anywhere else just not with these guys.
