Steven was a great salesman. He explained the whole process very well and went above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend him and The Black Tux!
This place is a joke. They canceled BOTH appointments I made. First was canceled less than 24 hrs before it was supposed to take place when I took off work to make my appt. I went to reschedule and they canceled that one as well. This is absurd.
I had a one hour suit try on and fitting for a wedding. I spent a while looking at fittings for myself and groomsmen mainly looking for quality and convenience given my groomsmen live in different states. My fiancé and I had the pleasure to work with Steven Bhirdo. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products along with the different fittings.
