First of all, Steven is a fantastic rep for Black Tux and has gone above and beyond with simple measuring my groomsmen, my father, my father in-law and myself. He made sure everyone had the tracking number for the suits and was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. I’m super satisfied with Steven and I will honestly get a suit from him some point in the future! Thank you Steven and Black Tux for making my special day even more special :)
This company stocks a limited sizes (no pants less than a 32 waist? That's insane!) and they will charge you $20 to ship a $30 tie 🤑. If a store doesn't keep inventory on hand, and forces you to order online, the least they could do would be to have a reasonable shipping policy. I purchased a suit from them, and later needed to buy a tie. They were unapologetic and unwilling to help me out in any way.
