Zaire did an amazing job with customer service and made the whole process a breeze and gave me confidence in the rental!
My husband and his groomsmen used black tux to rent suits for our wedding and black tux messed up the sizing of the shirts and color of the shoes for 3 out of 6 of the groomsmen. This not only ruined the photos for our special day but after letting black tux know, they only offered $20 reimbursement per groomsmen, pretty ridiculous when it’s over $150 to rent per person. I don’t recommend coming here to rent your tux.
Athena was excellent and very helpful. She was efficient in helping me and I was blown away by the smoothness of the process. The only thing that wasn't stellar was the price. it did feel a little higher than it should be but the customer service was 10/10.
Zaire was an amazing helper in the sizes and he had us try on other fits to see if they worked for us. Also very informative
