Super disappointing experience. Had an appointment booked two weeks in advance, showed up and was told our appointment was canceled without notice due to short staffing. I expressed that we were not notified of a cancellation, and the attendant then confirmed our appointment was not cancelled but they still might not be able to take us today, again due to a call out from staff. We waited an additional 30 minutes before being told that we would need to reschedule our appointment.

The garments for most of the groomsmen arrived full of lint and needed to be lint rolled significantly. Quality of the clothing wasn't worth a $200+ rental for just banks, jacket, and shoes. Could have purchased a similar set for $250. They also sent me an email 3 days after the event saying returns were due today or else I would be charged $60 for an extension when returns are clearly stated to be due 5 days after the event. This has been a miserable experience all around. I booked an appointment at their store location and was called the morning of saying they could not find anyone to work the store that day. I proceeded to book online for both my son and I. The representative I spoke with took my son's sizes and was oblivious to the fact that they do not carry kid sizes.
