Update so I was told to get the items pressed at the cleaners so I did. I misplaced the receipt from the cleaners however I sent these people my credit card statement which clearly had dates that coincided with my wedding date and had the name of the cleaners and the amount . I literally had to go back and forth on email several times because…. They needed the original receipt…. The audacity, I mean you see these pics. I accidentally had my times wrong and missed my appointment by 30 minutes. Super helpful and accommodating, the guy working couldn’t have been more nice and helpful. If you’re looking for wedding suits you cant find better than black tux and the Durham Nordstrom's location.

I previously held this location in high regards until my recent experience. This location canceled my appointments twice on me while I was in transit to the appointments themselves due to "unforeseen circumstances". Then finally at the appointment that did not get cancelled, not a single Black Tux employee was to be found after 15 minutes of waiting past the time of the appointment. Even the Nordstrom employees checked in the back for them. I hope others seeing this will consider taking their business elsewhere.

I had an exceptional experience at the Durham location. I was fortunate to work with Nearia, who assisted me with my measurements and tuxedo selections. Nearia’s expertise significantly influenced my purchase and rental decisions, and I intend to return. I highly recommend this establishment for its professionalism, customer service, and expertise.
