Cameron was WONDERFUL!!!! made the whole experience very easy
The garments for most of the groomsmen arrived full of lint and needed to be lint rolled significantly. Quality of the clothing wasn't worth a $200+ rental for just banks, jacket, and shoes. Could have purchased a similar set for $250. They also sent me an email 3 days after the event saying returns were due today or else I would be charged $60 for an extension when returns are clearly stated to be due 5 days after the event. This has been a miserable experience all around. I booked an appointment at their store location and was called the morning of saying they could not find anyone to work the store that day. I proceeded to book online for both my son and I. The representative I spoke with took my son's sizes and was oblivious to the fact that they do not carry kid sizes. We had the BEST experience today with Tia. We scheduled an appointment for my fiancé and dad to be fit for a tuxedo for our upcoming wedding. Tia was so kind, competent, and helpful in measuring the men for their tuxes. She even informed us of some discounts we were eligible for. Can’t wait to see the tuxes in September.
