Canceled my appointment on two separate occasions. I waited approximately two weeks for the appointment and the morning of they canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances."
One of two Black Tux locations in the entire state, so you can imagine how great it was to drive all the way here to find out that their hours are wrong. When we called Nordstrom and said "Your hours say 11AM but the doors are closed", they said "Okay, so... what's your question?"
The entire business model of the black tux is to simplify the renting experience, and to send a tux out to you. Seems as if that fail at every step.
