I previously held this location in high regards until my recent experience. This location canceled my appointments twice on me while I was in transit to the appointments themselves due to "unforeseen circumstances". Then finally at the appointment that did not get cancelled, not a single Black Tux employee was to be found after 15 minutes of waiting past the time of the appointment. Even the Nordstrom employees checked in the back for them. I hope others seeing this will consider taking their business elsewhere.

I had an exceptional experience at the Durham location. I was fortunate to work with Nearia, who assisted me with my measurements and tuxedo selections. Nearia’s expertise significantly influenced my purchase and rental decisions, and I intend to return. I highly recommend this establishment for its professionalism, customer service, and expertise.

While I appreciate the response, this is the same canned reply I received from the customer service line. The wrinkles in these items would not come out if I hung them up for a month. Let me be clear, I have an experienced shopper, I have gotten suits delivered over the past 20 plus years, also several other items, such as cotton and linen and I have had to complain about them been wrinkled to the core maybe once.
