Booking a larger group is next to impossible; and to seek assistance from anyone that works here is far from accommodating. The one person who did try, seemed bothered by our questions and concerns. Told us to do everything online and left it at that. What does it take to talk to a real person to make this booking? I hate to sound like a boomer, but come on, some things require a little more personal service. This will be my third attempt to book an appointment with a smaller group, so fingers crossed.
Carey is amazing so sweet and made the process amazing!! She is seriously so kind of make the process of renting the suit so enjoyable. Very thankful for her
