This is more of a review of The Black Tux company as a whole. I recently organized my wedding party tuxedos through The Black Tux, it was a disaster. One of my groomsmen went to the Charlotte location, the others went to a location in Massachusetts. In all, three out of five of my groomsmen received tuxedos that were frayed and treadbare in multiple locations on the jacket and pants. Bill and Jaqueline in the show room were great and very accommodating and did a fantastic job.
Bill was incredibly helpful. Bill fitted me for my Tuxedo and helped me get my account ready to send my groomsmen the look I wanted for my wedding. I would recommend him to anyone.
