I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at The Black Tux in Long Island was frustrating enough to warrant it. From the start, customer service was severely lacking. Wilma, in particular, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us feel confident and taken care of during what should be a smooth and professional fitting process, she acted as though we were an inconvenience. We went for a fitting for my nephew’s tuxes for my wedding. Winston was absolutely great! He went above and beyond to make sure our fittings we perfect! I woukd highly suggest see winston!
Inala was extremely helpful in getting my husband set up for our special event!
