On of the worst experiences of my life. We went to get fitted and got horrible service since they were about to close. My appointment was for 6:30pm. I came 10 mins late. I apologized for my tardiness to the lady. There was a stabbing in the mall and the police blocked half the area around Nordstrom, so we couldn’t go anywhere. The lady still didn’t fit me. She said I should make another appointment. Whattttt! I’m here already.
Erica was the best. Will always request her if I use Black Tux again. Easy process and great assistance. 5/5 for service for sure.
Zachear was incredibly helpful and made the fitting process very easy. I bought a fantastic tuxedo for my sister’s wedding!
