Erica was the best. Will always request her if I use Black Tux again. Easy process and great assistance. 5/5 for service for sure.

Went here for my tux rental, Michael was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right size and style. It was my first time needing a tux, so they were helpful in letting me understand what the heck I was doing.
My cousin had an appointment today. NO ONE ever showed up! No one knew where they were because they’re their own boutique and not part of Nordstrom. It’s a 50 minute drive to get here! Super unprofessional!
I had a great appointment however the conditions in the fitting room were hot and very uncomfortable
