The Black Tux service is sub par at best. Our son was fitted to purchase a new tux for his wedding. They sent the wrong size jacket originally. We could not reach anyone on their 800 customer service line so we had to return to the store 30 minutes away. They noted they did send the wrong jacket and resent the correct one. Then all 9 groomsmen drove/flew in for a fitting scheduled at Woodlands TX location and upon arrival Sunday 11AM they were told that the BT Rep was out for the day and they would need to re-schedule fittin... read more
