I paid ~$300, rented a tuxedo from them, and returned it the day after the wedding. Their instructions said to peel the old label because there was another label for returning the package and I did according to that. Now, after 3 weeks, I see a $225 charge on my credit card because the package has been stuck in FedEx. I contacted Black Tux, and they told me they will not give me my $225 unless the package is delivered to them. It is just frustrating.
