1 star is way to much for this unprofessional establishment. Traveled 3hrs on a Saturday for a 12pm appt and was very disappointed to be assisted by an older and a younger women in her early 20s that had very poor customer service, felt so rushed by the younger women when the appt was supposed to be 1 hr and it seemed like she didn't want to assist and shortened the hr to less than 30 min. We had a very positive experience with Melissa. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. She made everything simple. Can't wait to see how everything looks on my husband and son.
We worked with Arianna and it was an amazing experience. Very professional, very knowledgeable. We came in knowing basically nothing about the process and she patiently and professionally guided us through the entire experience. I didn't feel like I was being upsold at any point and was very comfortable ordering through their company. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who asks!
