Natalie is awesome! Amazing customer service. From the initial fit To any service issues that may arise, she is professional, congenial, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is extremely satisfied. That’s what I expect when I choose any provider But a lot of times it doesn’t happen. I can definitely tell you that she knows what she is doing and will help you look amazing for your special occasion.

What a pleasant experience for my husband. They were so professional and easy to work with. They make it so easy for you. They deliver the tux ten days before the wedding so you can try it on and make sure everything fits perfectly. After the wedding you put everything back in the box and return it to Fed Ex. No rushing around having to get it back to the store by a certain time. I highly recommend them

Natalie was amazing, she was approachable, kind, offered advice, and made the entire process stress free and relaxing. She set the bar so high - my friend and I didn't bother going to other stores because we knew we wouldn't get the level of service and attention to detail we did with Natalie.
