Came here to get measured for my tux, ordered the at home trial based on their measurements and the suit jacket they shipped me came down almost to my knees. Scheduled a second fitting to get remeasured and they called to and told me it was cancelled less than an hour before I was supposed to be there. It's less than 45 days until the wedding and I can't even get anyone here to actually let me know what to order. I can not express how uninterested and unprofessional my experience here has been. Brutal customer experience. Young kid was coming with attitude. This Good Friday must’ve not been so good for him.
