I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Legit a nightmare to deal with. From the start, they were incredibly unorganized and provided zero instructions on how their process works. The showroom associates were clueless about our event, had lost all our information of our wedding and sizing. The most frustrating part of my wedding has been dealing with this company. DO NOT USE

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I am planning a formal complaint to the BBB. This company is the Spirit Airlines of tuxedo rentals. I am NOT exaggerating when I say everything has gone wrong at every turn. I am the groom with 6 groomsmen. Every single persons order is wrong. Items only arrive 2 weeks before the wedding. We all came in for in-store fitting to be careful. Everything still wrong.
