If I could give The Black Tux zero stars, I would. I used them for my wedding with 9 groomsmen, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Out of 9 suits, only 2 actually fit. The rest of the guys had to order replacement pieces at their own expense for expedited shipping, because The Black Tux only sends the suits 10 days before the wedding. John Paul was awesome
First appointment I made was canceled a few days before the scheduled date "due to unforeseen circumstances" which was completely understandable and they even gave a coupon code as part of the apology. The second appointment I arrived at the location which was a poorly marked interrogation style table with a dead landline phone and QR codes posted everywhere.
