This review is specifically for our experience with Dayjahne and The Black Tux in KOP at Nordstrom. Dayjahne was extremely helpful during our fitting and gave us really great suggestions for our tuxes. The fitting went very smooth and she set up our online accounts in one step. During the order stage, we did have some struggles with the Black Tux order fulfillment and Dayjahne was able to help move some order expedition when the customer service line just didn't cut it.
Called ahead to see if I could walk in, they confirmed. Arrived and said one person was waiting for an appointment with a 40 minute window while the other worker was on break and couldn’t help. They asked me to come back in an hour. This is the closest location to me at 2 hours away. I would avoid this company if possible. Our wedding party has had numerous issues with this location.
