Never using the Black Tux again. First tux arrived with holes in the pants and jacket too small. Material felt like cheap polyester. Customer service sent me different pants and a jacket way too big. I went to the Nordstrom’s location with hopes of trying a different jacket size. No employee could be found waited 20 minutes. Called the Black Tux phone number. I did not know I was supposed to have an appointment for measurements (entirely my fault), but Zane absolutely killed it on a very short notice. I cannot express my appreciation enough!
