Maddy was fantastic! Will be going back to this location again because of her. Made us feel welcome from the start and made the process fast and easy.
First off you can’t even call the location you have to deal with some customer service rep who literally is not helpful what so ever, so I just drove to the location on Maine st in Santa Monica. What a mess this place is and the people inside are absolutely rude and not helpful. Literally will never rent a tux from here.
Maddy was awesome! Made the whole experience super easy for us. Would highly recommend.

Horrible service. Sales associate didn't want to help us because store was closing in 40 minutes Had an appointment for a tux for upcoming wedding the next day but was in the area and wanted to come in a day early but was turned away from service and told to come back the next day. Got our tux at Elite Tuxedo instead. Their sales associate was more than happy to help us even though we arrived close to their closing time.
