They are careless with charging incorrect fees. There is a class action lawsuit about it. I had to jump through hoops to remove auto generated late fees after I returned the tux early.

this place is the best shop to rent formal wear in LA. you can go in-store to get your sizing done, staff is super nice. Prices are reasonable. return is super easy either drop off in store or put in box in a fedex. I use it for all my weddings and get something different every time
