Fantastic yarn shop! I visited the Bay Area and, as a knitter, we just check out yarn shops, right? Of the 3 I visited, Black Squirrel made me feel the most welcome and had the best/most interesting selection. Jo was a fantastic help and their shop is so well curated - not cluttered - and it's easy to find what you are looking for - and things you weren't! As a yarn shop owner myself, this is just the kind of shop I enjoy visiting! Thank you!!!
I was genuinely excited to take this class, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to attend. I reached out hoping to use the payment as credit toward a future class, but was told about their strict 48-hour cancellation policy. While I understand the need for policies, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer service in this situation.
