This store is a regional gem for DIY furniture refinishers. They specialize in hard-to-find Fusion Mineral Paint and General Finishes products and the owner is full of expertise that she generously shares. I have friends who drive in from all over MN to consult with Teresa about their projects and pick up a load of Fusion, Staalmeester brushes and other professional supplies. Purchased paint for a dresser & side table. The person working was so helpful with picking out just the right color, how much paint, and recommended all the right brushes/rollers. The process went so smoothly and turned out perfect!
I love this cute shop! Everywhere I turn there was something that I wanted! The owner is also super sweet. Highly recommend visiting The Black Cabin!
The place itself is kind of basic compared to the other stores around. Also very thrown off by the fact there was a dog inside who was also not on a leash. What if I was allergic to dogs or had asthma? Why are we making it a normal thing to have dogs apart of the business and think it’s cute? It’s not. It’s dirty. Def will not return
